Welcome to Pluma Academy! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.plumaAcademy.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through the Site (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site or Services.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, software and data compilations (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of Pluma Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without our prior written consent. You may not use any of our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation of any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or title. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pluma Academy or its affiliates, licensors or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tor or otherwise) and even if Pluma Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. User Content
The Site may allow you to post content on our articles (collectively, “User Content”). By posting User Content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
6. Logins
Only three active logins on Site are allowed at the same time. If a fourth login is attempted, one of the three currently active sessions will be terminated to allow for the new session to start. Users are responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of their login information and for any activities that occur under their account. Users must notify us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

9. Method of Payment
Pluma Academy accepts payment online and checks. Checks payable to Pluma Academy, PO BOX 200513, Denver, CO 80220. Bank information is not recorded and is destroyed once the payment is processed.
10. Privacy and email usage privacy
Pluma Academy will ask you to provide the information necessary to process your membership, your class or your exam registration: name, telephone number, email adress, etc. Students’ private information will never be shared with any third party. Lessons may be recorded strictly for quality control, no diffusion will be made without the participants’ approval.
11. Group classes and workshops
Students must be 16 years old minimum to enroll in an adult group class. Parents’/Legal guardians’ permission is required for minors.
All fees are payable upon registration: full tuition, learning material and other (if applicable).
Cancellation request from a student
Once the course has started, registration is final. Refunds and/or credits must be requested minimum 2 days before the first lesson via email school@plumaAcademy.com
Exceptions will be made in case of medical emergency supported by documentary evidence (i.e. hospital note).
12. Private courses
All fees are payable upon registration: full tuition, learning material and other (if applicable). The student has the option to pay hourly, monthly or yearly.
13. Tests and certifications
It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he/she is registered for the appropriate exam, and to verify that their name and details are correct on the confirmation of enrollment. Pluma Academy cannot be held responsible for wrong choices made by the candidate, or typos in their information.
Full payment required upon registration. No refund will be made or credit given once the registration is processed.
Pluma Academy expects candidates to arrive at the time indicated on the confirmation of enrollment. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
