We are one of the few centers that can easily accommodate your schedule, and plan our sessions on demand.

Results are usually available eight to ten days after the examination day for tests on the computer; and about four to six weeks for tests on paper.

TCF Exam Policy

Registration
All sessions are individual.  There is one individual at a time, unless members of the same household wish to take the test the same day.

Cancellation
No refund will be made or credit given once the registration is processed.

Information
It is your responsibility as a candidate to verify that your names and details are correct on the confirmation of enrollment.  This is a very important step, as this information will be used for your final certificate, and the names cannot be altered once the certificate is delivered.  The names on the confirmation of enrollment need to match your passport information.

Arrival
We expect candidates to arrive at the time indicated on the confirmation of enrollment.  Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Proof of identity
Candidates will be required to bring official proof of identity on their examination day. We accept passports, national ID cards, and photo driver licenses as a proof of identity.  Failure to produce one of the above-mentioned documents will deny a candidate’s access to the examination room.

Results
Results are usually available ten days after the examination day.
